The following may have happened: The course invitation has ended up in the Spam Mail folder, or: You have entered the wrong email address when allocating the course license (contact us if you want to undo the allocation) | The reason can also be that our training platform has not sent the course invitation yet, and that it will be sent out in soon. Please contact us if the course invitation has not arrived in the course participant inbox within 1 hour of the allocation. | If the course participant has previously completed courses at M Clean Education, he/she can log in to https://mcleaned.litmos.com/ and start the new course, even if the course invitation has not yet arrived, as long as the license has been allocated to the correct e-mail address.
Absolutely! However, we recommend that you complete the course at one and the same occasion. If you pause the course (to go to the restroom/Internet connection is lost/you must answer a telephone call/etc.) you can return to where you left and continue the course.
After purchasing a course license, you can allocate the course to a colleague. Go to My Account and click on My Courses. Next to each course license, fill in the first name, last name and e-mail address of the person who will take the course, and click Allocate (Note! The e-mail address serves as the username and must therefore belong to the course participant and be unique). In case of problems with the allocation, please contact us at support@mcleaned.com
Ordering by invoice: Contact us at sales@mcleaned.com. | Pay by card: Purchase the number of course licenses you need (or a multipack if you want to get a discounted price), then allocate the course licenses to each course participant (NB: The e-mail address serves as the username and must therefore belong to the course participant and be unique). Each course participant receives an email with login details - The course participant logs in and takes the course. Keep in mind that a course license is only valid for one (1) course and one (1) course participant, and at the date of purchase you have 90 days to allocate the course license(s), after which the license(s) is/are expired. When a course license is allocated to a course participant, the participant has 90 days to start and complete the course, after which the license is expired. A course license is valid for one (1) course and one (1) course participant only. When a course is completed and approved, the course license is expired, and the course is removed from the course participant's account. However, the course certificate is still available for download under the tab Achievements. If you want to redo a course once again, you'll have to buy a new course license and allocate to yourself (or to the employee who wants to take the course once again)
When a course is completed, a course certificate is created and can be downloaded under the tab Achievements in the course participant's account. We recommend that you download the course certificate immediately after completing the course, however, you can always download it when necessary (as long as the participant's account is active), at https://mcleaned.litmos.com/
